Jan Spangler’s amazing painting “Seahorse” won 3rd place in the watercolor section of the University Art 2009 competition. Entries were submitted to UA of San Francisco, San Jose and Palo Alto; the Juror was George Rivera. Jan’s painting was on exhibit at University Art, San Jose, from Sept. 12-30.
